Go to [ www.amegaproxy.com ] and try accessing tt.net through there. It's a free service(ad-supported) that basically doesn't let your firewall know anything about the page your browsing (pretty sure thats how it works). My experience with this on other forums is I am able to browse the forum, but not able to sign in. Anyways after browsing a certain amount of pages, you will get some sort of "daily limit reached" message. You see they also have a premium service for something like 20 bucks with no ad's, no limit, and you can probably sign in to forums like these. Might be a good buy if this seems to work out for you. There is a work around of the daily limit though on the free service. When you encounter the message, close the browser and delete the cookies. If that doesn't work delete the temporary internet files. I'm 100% sure one of those methods work on reseting the limit.
