Message	which I mentioned like, 3 times. 6 pistons, providing 6 exhaust gas putts per engine revolution will get a single turbo going faster, generally--than 3 pistons per engine revolution on each twin turbo. BUT.... if the single turbo is larger, then yes, it will slow down somewhat and just as I said... probably be about the same response and efficiencey of the two small ones.
