Message	Cops have their techniques to try and catch them. If some owner of a gas station does it regularly, he will eventually get caught. But it takes a lot before the cops start monitoring a gas station. Also the tank maintenance can be a separate problem. If the tanks are not maintaned properly you will end up with all kinds of crap in your fuel system. You just have to find a station that is maintained well. Generally, if the station is nice and clean most likely the fuel is too.
