That switch changes the stiffness of the adjustable shocks. HICAS is four wheel steering and it is always on. There's no way to turn it off unless you get eliminators or remove the system and replace it with the power steering from an NA. Also, I think your car has the potential to be a nice car. Since you have the nice new paint, the nice looking Jspec front, system, and your plans for TT swap. Just don't go overkill with the LEDs. Post pics when you're done.
