Message	and 4 oil changes. No doubt there are a number of different opinions here. Your 3,000 seems to be one of the higher numbers I have heard, but at least there will be no question in your mind that the motor is thoroughly broken in. SW puts 500 miles on his new motors and then takes the cars to the track and beats the sh*t out of them. 1,000 miles is good for my confort level. B.
