Message	Started happening after a heavy rain ! I am repainting the car soon, but the question is how much do I need to sand to get the car ready for a new coat of paint, also how do I remove the cracked paint from the bumpers, can I use chemical peal? I just started reading a book about body work and I am still looking for some tips. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks Matt 91TT Aztec Red stg III+
