What state are you from?? I went to my state website and looked up the GA state law code and found that cops must be visible and be seen at least at 500ft (almost 2 football fields) cops never obey their own laws so find out what the laws governing cops use of radar or lazer equipment. If he is breaking the law you may be able to get out of it. I just had the same happen and for once I am going to court and am going to ask for a court date. Tired of being the object of the states money raising schemes. They are not concerned with safety. If they were they would not hide out at bottoms of hills with no traffic. Let me know what you find out.
