Subject	DIY front fascia?

Message	I've got a '90 TT and I've been thinking of trying to form my own front facia. Has anyone ever tried it. If so what materials should i use. I've doon some fiberglass work before but I don't want to use fiberglass, it's to fragile and rigid. I did some work to a pic of my car with photo editing software and I like my design better than any of the aftermarket front ends I have seen. I would include a pic with this post but I don't know how yet. Any pointers?
