Message	start doing the stuff yourself. the other bleed point is in the engine bay behind the pass headlamp. you will see a small gold box with a nipple pointing towards the headlamp. thats the other bleed point. be sure to hook up a hose or you will get all the electrical messy and shit. dont have a mechanic do these things if you can help it. it sounds like they are not doing a very good job (imho that is)
