First - that is really impressive. However ...
The temp in the run with the new headers was 11% cooler. Additionally, the vapor pressure was over 50% greater in the second run. The difference between the correction factors is less than 1% (1% absolute decrease in the second run). I know there's more included in the SAE correction factors than just temp and humidity, but a 1% difference doesn't seem right when there is a fairly significant difference in both intake temp and vapor pressure. Am I misinterpreting this or what? It seems like the correction factor would be a lot different which would bring the two numbers closer together.
