Subject	Ideas re insurance rates after accidents?

Message	Does anyone have any idea what kind of insurance increase I should expect after accident? I'm a 46 yr. female -- safe driver discount until yesterday. Ticket I got was two points for "too fast for conditions." It could have been worse -- four for "following too closely." (Truth is more like ten points for 'bat out of hell.') I would guestimate damage to both vehicles at $8,000 to $10,000. Right now my coverage (Allstate) for the Z (96 TT) is $890 for six months with max coverage and lowest deductibles. Would they cancel a middle-aged woman's insurance for having one wreck in a TT? Vicki "Z" chick with clipped wings
