you can't power an amp with anything smaller then 8 gauge. and knowing you are a punk little shit who owns a Z (crap...)... you probably put in the best of vanilla ice and tried disturbing the neighborhood piece... "bwaaah bwaah" (notice it's not 'boom boom'). rewire with 6 or 8 guage power ***AND*** ground wires. do a cold boot, and let us know. :ok...same prob as befor...i rechecked all the wireing...had two other people check it...checked it again myself. regrounded it, filed down a spot on the body in the sparetire well and drilled into that, then screwed the round connecter down onto the filed metal. made sure RCAs are hooked up right...even tried several other configurations just in case....none of which worked. now i did notice that some music will play without cutting out...most rap wont, but a few select songs will. now like i said befor...a friend of mine had this prob befor and he had to get bigger speaker wire.....i thougt mine was 14g, but now i found out that its 16g. guess thats what i get for buying it from the local hardware store, dumb fucks. it even says 16 right on the wire...but the guy told me it was 14...and it was in the 14g spool. so anyway..anybody got any other ideas as to why this would happen?
