Message wastegate is closed during the spool up. The only thing that would change is the volume in split downpipe is smaller for the turbine discharge. I can see the HP being increased but the spool up 500 rpm sooner I don't yet believe. I know mine get full boost by 4500 rpm . In stock turbos full boost is at 3500 rpm. I would like to see the dyno curve of the same car with and without the split down pipe.
