your best bet would be to get slotted AND cross-drilled. slotted to get the dust off the actual rotor, and xdrilled to help dissipate heat. If you dont plan on racing your Z at the track (and i dont mean a drag strip) then there really isnt a point of getting anything other than stock replacements. And the great debate over cross drilled cracking? well ive talked to people that road race and say that they will only crack over extended periods of taking high heat and a good beating, but i have friends whose cross drilled rotors cracked just driving on the street under normal conditions. (brembos) its a give or take situation, just do what you feel looks better on your car or whatever you really use your car for.
