Subject	shipping the Z across country- who is the best carrier?

Message	been doing some searching in search, and was wondering if anyone has done it recently. I need to go from NJ to CA. Closed I was quoted around $1500, open is 900 and change. Any experiences with open? Closed trailers? I dont want to drive it, because of A) the miles on it, B)its gonna cost just as much for gas/food/place to sleep ect. C) If it breaks, I am fucked, and gonna pay for a tow ect. Please let me know who to stay away from, and who is best.
