Because mods like the flywheel are sunk costs if you decide you want a TT down the road. Its a nice mod but no one will pay a premium for it and you certainly wont be taking it out. As for the clutch I would stick to a JWT or RPS, the ACT is ALOT stiffer then stock feeling. I had it on my NA, but it turned into a major liablity when selling the car - women wouldn't touch it once they drove it, anyone that had alot of stop and go traffic didn't want it etc... My advice - skip the flywheel, install a JWT or RPS and be done w. it. It's the best balance of cost vs. returns @ time of sale.
