Message	10 gauge stranded wire has a resistance of 1 milliohm per foot. You should be able to handle plenty of current, even if your run from the battery to the amp is fairly long. -John P :well no wonder it was cutting off. That there is what we in the real world call a safety measure. Get 4 gauge power. You're running a sub, not a 4x6. :Please remove the stickers and wing from your Z.
