| there are 2 main differences between our (JDM style) spacers vs. GD spacers, that is the JDM style spacers sit on all of the concave surface of the bushings, and there is one spacer for the top and one spacer for the bottom bushing. These spacers allow compression of the bushing without deforming the bushing, and distributes the load more evenly between the top and bottom bushings. The instructions for the install may help you see how it works better: [ http://splparts.com/doc/SubframeCollar ] I swapped out my GD spacers for the JDM style spacers, and the what I found was that the rear end did not feel as harsh, while being just as effective in reducing wheel hop. BTW, there is nothing unique about our spacer, this is the exact same spacer sold by literally a hundred tuning companies in Japan. We did not design this product, all we did was source it from a factory at a good price and offer it here... We also offer a SOLID subframe bushing, that completely replaces the bushing. This product is similar to the 300degree product, except our design takes into consideration the lower subframe bushing bracket shape, which unfortunately was a problem we have found with the 300degree bushings.
