Message	New house is finished and I want to coat the garage floor prior to moving in. I was planning on a two part epoxy finish, in fact been planning on using this for a number of years, but when I arrived at the store, they were trying to talk me into a silicon based treatment. NE1 here with more experience in this area to give an unbiased opinion? TIA! Regards Sweep
