Message	Not sure about the frequency, though it was my Grandmothers car and my dad changes the oil religiously on all the cars he has anything to do with. We stopped using penzoil altogether after wee took the valvecovers off one day. (Domestic v-8 not a Z) It was just a thick nasty sludge. There is an oil comparison somewhere on the net that shows the percent of ash (which is what makes the sludge) that each oil produces when it is heated.
