Message	it comes out to more than that. I was buying smaller 2'X4' pieces of MDF which are easier to work with in the work space I have.. and cost a bit more comparitively. Also, I use quite a bit of wood glue, and the speaker carpet isn't cheap for the good stuff... I do understand what you are saying, though. I'm only trying to factor in the time that it takes me to make them... to properly clamp, dry, countersink and carpet everything takes a few hours per. Thanks =) ~Mike
