| The 16" stock one comes with a tire with a side wall to cover up the over all appearance on that size rim. Look around at the top sports cars, what are they using and why? Many unbiased answers will be found there, not personal preferences I'm seeing here :) Bigger diameter rim, lower profile better performance ( with in capability of suspension on the car, weather upgraded or stock ). Also less give in comfort of ride due to clearance issues and less side wall cushion. Case in point, look below. Yellow Z with 16" stockers rides much smoother than the 18" Black Z there.
