I have read FAQ on tire sizing... Would proper sizing on a set of 17x8.5 and 17x10 wheels be 255/40/17 and 285/35/17. The sidewall heights are as close as possible, and they are both "+10mm" on the suggested tire size for those wheels, so I figure I'm good. The reason I ask is because I found 0 results in a search on tire rack for the rear size tires. I also tried 1010 tires (sorry, wanted a second opinion) so I have to go with 275 width then, correct? Thanks for you help.
