I would highly doubt that he has NEVER driven it since storing it... think about the practicality of that... you spend $xx,xxx for a show-vehicle with awesome power, and you don't drive it? You don't bring it to shows? You don't bring your wife/gf out on a Sunday afternoon? Check the mileage, tire wear, fluid levels, etc. Good luck, and just keep that all in mind when you speak with him. Asking more for the car doesn't seem out of the question to me...especially if he feels he got a great deal when he originally bought it from you... SS
