You come in here, and keep talking out your ass about everything, and get all defensive and emotional like a bitch when someone calls you on it. You're telling everyone how perfect a ECU is and there's no risk in buying a used one when YOU bought a used one and it wasn't working properly. You don't know how it was broken, if it was a manufacturing defect, or abuse, or what. Your hypothesizing, to back up your case. The ecu is a sensitive, electronic device. It's susceptible to shorts, brownouts, water damage, humidity damage, drops, static electricity, just like all other electronic devices. The fact that someone would pay 595 for a new one instead of 400 or so for a used one simply for piece of mind, and knowing what they put in the car does not make them ignorant, just like some people will buy the Sony amplifier brand new, some people will buy the shelf model. Take your whiney bitchy attitude somewhere else. We don't give a fuck what you paid for your ECU. Personally, I have a JWT ECU, and I paid $0.00 for it. My LUCK has no bearing on how to tell everyone else on upgrading their car.
