Message	yes..ecu's CAN go bad. numerous things can cause them to die. just think of them as the cpu in a computer. do those last all the time? 99% of the time they are ok...but why chance it? would you put in a use 500mhz proc if you could buy a new 500 at 10 dollars more that has a warranty? i wouldnt my pop up books didnt teach my puncuation or how to speel..soory :) -----
