I had that lil motor tweeked super fast with a kevlar clutch but the cops messed with me way more that with my twin turbo. I found my 90 with only 72k for $12 grand...guy wanted 14,500 jeez...but um the most important thing is to run high grade synthetic oil like red line or royal purple or mobil 1. I prefer red line but I live near their plant so I get a good price on it. The 60K maintenance is the wallet killer. Get in good with a mechanic where you live. But jumping from trying to be a sports car prelude to a real sports car is enough to make you giggle when you shift from 3rd to 4th at 95 Mph. : Hey guys. I'm new here... Right now I drive a 92 Prelude but my dream car is a mid-90's 300zx TT ( this is what's making me bust my a$$ in school ). I guess my question is, how long do Z's last if treated fairly (oil changes, on-time service, pampered turbos, not boosted too high)? What are the big expenses when you break the 100k mile-mark? Excellent site... Thanks guys.
