Message	it goes to court, it's just your word against his. Someone filed a civil claim against me, and if you don't respond and file one back, you may get the ticket. Once I filed one back, they both got dropped.... just wait and see what happens for now, but i'd be sure to write down and save exactly what happened. Describe your lane change as "safe and planned" when you describe it.
