Message	Considering that he's looking to buy a 90TT, chances are it has some miles, and obviously age. Even the most cared for and lowest mileage car of that age is going to need some maintenance. As good as the ZTT (and NAZ for that matter) is, it is not a Civic when it comes to reliability and cost of maintenance.
