Message I know the past few days have been irritating. I got some major changes made which introduced major bugs (always) and then had to run off to Chicago.

1. Personal contact info in classifieds is back.

2. I hope I've trapped the 'Serialized key is null' error that people were getting all the time, but will have to wait to see.

3. Admin messaging disappeared for a bit, but it's back now (the evil red box!)

4. Editing screen names should be fixed now. For a bit now you haven't been able to change your screen name. That is no longer the case. REMEMBER! If you do change your screen name (often to put the lovely parentheticals at the end) somebody else can legitimately come along and snap up your original name since it doesn't exist. This will then prevent you from reverting back to your 'rightful' screen name and I will NOT fix it for you. Finders, keepers.

5. Events forum 'NEXT' button has been fixed.

6. Changing themes in your profile will now give you a link after submitting to invoke your new profile. This will prevent the frames within frames that can occur sometimes.

7. Logging in from anywhere will now forward you back to the page you were on when you were forced to log in, AND will load your theme properly (if different from synthtk). This will help especially when you are viewing a message and click the 'not logged in' link at the bottom so you can reply. Once logged in, it will take you back to the message.

8. I am going to re-implement the 'auto-preview' feature and see how it goes. Basically this means you will be able to hover over a message subject link on the main forum page and the first couple of hundred characters of the body will pop up in a tool-tip. This is based on HTML/browser functionality and I'm not totally sure it works in all cases. So, if you see'em, great. If you don't, oh well for now.

That's all for now. Still working on the 'big one' that should give some real speed increases, but it will take a while.

Mr. K gets it!
