I put one in my car last year. I have had no problems so far. It runs very strong. Do a search, you will get different answers from different people. I would say do some research from who you are buying the engine from, and ask about a warranty. Another good thing about going this route is there is no core charge, so you can sell your orginal engine and recoupe some of the money back. Good luck.
