Just got back from Atlanta, GA... after buying my first TT Z.... awesome, awesome car.... great power, single exhuast, Ash chip.... however, driving along back to Pensacola when on I-85 the car starts to shudder, and then there's just a loud, dull bang.... and there's all this white smoke everywhere, just pouring out, and the engine seizes up, the rear wheels lock (because the car was in gear) and it just starts to spin... at about 80-85mph when this started. It struck the guard rail first on the driver's side front, then spun right to hit the driver's side rear, and then crossed both lanes and hit the guard rail with the front passenger side, and then came to a stop, smoking the whole way. I walked away from the car with a bump on the head, and a cut above my eye. It's a '90 NA with a TT conversion and a tranny swap, so that means no airbags.... Did I mention I just bought the car the day before??????
