| heres what he said... Holy moly, $2K and they are made of 304SS? Someone is living the high life! I know it is not the greddy and their design does look much better with bends in each tube. If I am to make this header I will need a set to made a JIG and I will only use 321SS which is about 80% more expensive. I am sure you are familiar with the advantages of 321SS. It has a higher operational temperature and coefficient of thermal expansion is lower than that of 304SS. However, I think $1500 is a more suitable price for the 1st set and then a lower price for subsequent sets. Here is the best route for both of us. Send me either the left or right header and I will duplicate it and send it back to you so you can be assured the quality is no less than perfect. We use Solar Flux B on all joints instead of purging and it is 95% as good as purging. Here is some info on Solar Flux B if you are interested.
