Individual sales in the data base may be higher or lower since each sale represents an agreement between two individuals. So in answer to your question: No, Z's don't always go for one of those prices, some go form more, some go for less. The actual price will depend on how much the seller wants to sell and how much the buyer wants that particular car. You can pay what you want, but if you pay more, dont be surprised if some day you don't run into someone who payed less for the same quality car. Z's are not that rare.
