just got a new clutch installed, and was interested to know the break-in procedure. most of the posts state that you should shift approx. 3000 rpm or lower. however, i found one post from a very highly reputable source in z's (greg d) that this is basically a misconception. he stated that once the clutch was engaged, you can push the car as hard as you want, in terms of rpm and throttle. the post states that it is important to take off easy on the launches, but once the clutch is engaged, there's no problem to drive it hard. can you please clarify this? thanks.
