here is my original post Click I decided I'd had enough with screwing around with the store this all happened at and got in touch with the VP of the company. He called the Manager of the store and told him I'd be down this morning so he could take a look at the rims and go from there as to whether we repair them or get them replaced.
LOL, instead of me going down and just getting pissed off at these people again and accomplishing nada I sent in the troops. Thats right, my wife! Now all you guys in relationships know the woman will get it done and I'll be damned if she didnt get me new rims...thats right, the guy told her he couldnt beleive that the rims were that messed up and promissed us NEW replacements in a week! And she said he couldnt stop appologizing. Now Im sure that there is no way they will get them in a mere week but Im stoked that she got them to replace them for us, not just the centers but the whole rim.
I mean it's only right that they replace them as it was clearly their fault but I honestly thought it would have been more difficult to achieve that. But not when you have the all mighty woman by your side,lol.
Chalk up another for the little guy.
