| might have the same problem Solution #1 Cut the tube at the rubber side of the dipsticks where it is crimped.and then purchase a longer flat block DS and insert it there just be sure to have the right dimension.And then crimp it back Solotion #2 Melt the block section with a propane torch.And then insert an 2mm ID 4mm OD tube which has a less expansion then the SS wire.And then crimp it flat that should be able to be around 3mm overal thickness Solution #3 Cut the cable before the block.And the insert a 2mm ID 4mm OD tube about 2" but before make some grooves every 1/8" then crimp it around the cable. I just though of these ideas today in the morning.
