Thanks for all of the help and suggestions. I took the advice of shaving the dipstick down, and after I removed about half the material, I was finally able to get it to go in without a terrible amount of force. I then was able to fill up all of the fluids, put back on the fascia, and actually drive my Z for 3 miles before it started hesitating. Before it did, though, I spiked up to .83 kg/ cm^2 when the AVC-R was set at .65, so I guess I am building boost a little more easily with the new wastegate actuators. Oh well, off to the FAQ & search to find a cure for my rough idle...
