Message	valves and lifters from Courtesy $480, bearings no more then $100, machine work around $1000 for short block to have it machined and reassambled, $550 to do the heads, $380 t-belt and stuff,$430 gaskets Total= $3560 WHICH the motor will last you couple weeks if its not done right, or by someone who hasnt rebuild as much VG30. Best thing you can do is, have it rebuild by SGP,z1 motorsports or jwt or Ashz,Some place where they know what they are doing, trust me at the end it will be worth it.
