Message like my guy's to do it either by the way. Arguing on the internet is stupid, you should take the hint ASH let your mouth do LESS talking and your products do MORE. I have been watching and reading your post now for about a year, and am really kinda sick of listening to Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah. We quit listening to you about a year ago. When Kyle said what he did about the Knife Edging it was not a bogus THEORY. It was in fact a FACT, something we have seen before. Now I know you have been racing and building engines for YEARS;-) kinda like we have. So, you should know that when you knife edge the spline it causes the integrity of the material to be changed( It is a casting ). Because of this under hard abuse on the Road Course, or Strip, the actuall edge can not MELT but Break off in tiny Pieces. We have seen this, it is not a theory but fact! Now, having said that we may do this sometimes on Race engines when we are looking for every little bit of performance. However, in engines that do not need the 3 CFM difference in flow & the very little difference it makes in VELOCITY ( Remember these are Pressurized intake tracts ) It just does not make since to do. The Depth of the Port, the Shape of the port, and the bowl work are what matters. We have building these engines since 94, where were YOU? I have seen SEVERAL people & shops come through here, ALL of them are the best thing since sliced bread. They sell things CHEAPER than anyone else, they have all sorts of NEW ideas, that have been being done for ten years BEFORE they ever started working on cars and so on and so on. We have built HUNDREDS & HUNDREDS of engines that are all over the WORLD, we build for RALLY teams in South America & Here in the states. We build for Drag Racers, Autocrossers, and road racers, when we say that we have seen something happen we mean it. We do not THEORIZE it, we will leave that for you. Lastly, the way I have seen some of you bag on JWT, really pisses me off. Jim Wolf and Clarke Steppler will help any one of you, when no-one else can and I do not give a shit WHO you THINK you are, Clarke is one of the best programmers in the world. All of these NEW ideas that have come up lately JWT can do any of them, and has been able to for years( all you have to do is call and tell him what you need done Clark can put anything into a program I KNOW he has done some really cool things for me).Just because you do not see it on here, does not mean it has not been done. We have several customers that have fully built cars and have never even been on here. JWT has been working with NISSAN GT teams, Baja Teams, Formula 3000 aspects, and so on for 20 YEARS. How old are you by the way ASH? Now do not get me wrong, your Zemulator is a pretty nice piece of programming I like the interface. Just stick to the work, and talk less, if your products are good that is all it will take. The people on this forum are VERY educated consumers. I will get off now, sorry this is soooooooo long. Sometimes I sure miss the OLD days where everyone helped each other and the meaningless chatter was not exsistent. This forum would recieve alot more help, and responses, from some of the best tuners in the world if the BS was not so thick. Remember when JWT use to post on twinturbo.com, to help anyone who needed it? By the way Damon, I need to talk to you about a SHINER problem;-)
it is time for another trip..
