I have no experience tuning an ECU (neither do you).
I have never blown up a car on the dyno (you will with you're "plans", regardless of the Zemulator).
I HIGHLY **** HIGHLY **** recommend you do some soul searching and research on what you are about to do. The extra 100rwhp you plan is not as simple as "uh, well, 16psi didnt get me 450, maybe 35psi will". There is a physical limitation you neglect to see. (look at your mod profile for christs sakes). I see you getting around 420rwhp UNSAFE. The car will either blow a rod, or detonate WILDLY and destroy a piston eventually. You are 16 years old with rich folks... maybe money will eventually buy you you're dyno chart, but if you want to be smart, I'd seriously reconsider you're "tuning" plans and goals. I guess that's progress (in you're eyes), but you can damn sure leave me out of it. And you WILL NOT get any respect from me if you hit 450rwhp on stock turbos/singlepop/370cc mods. You're riding on some magic carpet called "disconnected from reality". Might want to hop off at the next stop. PS. Might want to fix you're supposed 'exhaust leak' too, since it sounds JUST like detonation. Odd, cause no one heard the exhaust leak at idle... only the detonation at WOT.
