Message Unfortunately it wont work on OBD2. :-(

It also will not work with Z's that have a 16bit memory bus, i.e. some 1993 ECU's and all of the 1994 and 1995 Z's. Fortunately these are not the majority of the cars out there, but fortunately again, you can put a 1990-1992 ECU in one of these Z's and it works just the same. I am working on the ideas for ZEM v.2 which will most likely have the ability to work with these 16bit systems, but I dont ever think I will make it for the 1996.

The hardware that replaces the 8bit EPROM is simply an EPROM emulator. It works without a PC attached to it, but the software interface you see the screenshots of connect to that. In addition, there is also a data acquisition device which facilitates the map point tracing and the additional inputs.

There are differences in the CA model vs. the Federal model, but the appropriate program will already be loaded for the car it is going into. I will be handling these on a personal basis so you will get a product that works 'out of the box'. You will also be able to download base configurations for future upgrades you may do in the future - at no cost.

Thanks for the feedback!
