Message	that most officers don't give a rat's ass about paperwork and such. I have yet to see more than 1 or 2 instances where the cop let someone go because they had paperwork claiming it was legal. They usually cite some law that changing ANYTHING is illegal or some other blanket statement like that (even though that is incorrect and in a court of law can be proven). It's tricky sometimes...and I don't know the exact law in NY, sorry. Not to sound like a B&B freak versus Hypers, that really is why I went with B&B.
