I've been fighting w/ one HKS coilover w/a stuck spanner. Basically I got them used and purchased adjustable spanner wrenches from Harbor Freight. Three of the coilovers are moving but one will not budge. I've broken the lock ring free but the the larger spanner has broken 4 heavy duty spanner wrenches so far while trying to turn it. Someone just suggested trying to use a pipe wrench. Just thought I'd see if anyone has ever been in this situation and what they have done, or do you think a pipe wrench would help or just screw up the spanner. Thanks, John PS: would heat help? I've thought about taking a torch to it to heat it up then try moving it? Help..
