| I didn't put him down. He asked if anybody regretted selling an NA for a TT. I answered. Why don't we ask who here would trade a 120k mile NA for a 28k mile TT? ;) To answer your post: I didn't do ANY work to my NA, I knew better. I bought a POP charger, and took it off when I sold the car. I believe I told you your idea was stupid becuase you are taking out a $10k loan to mod your car. And a 100k mile car at that. And you think it's "rare". Give me a break. There aren't that many of them since it was only a few thousand more to get a Z with T-Tops. Not becuase Nissan decided to only make 10 limited edition Slicktops. Also, the weight difference isn't that much. Are you going to turn your car into a full blown race car? Removing AC, stereo, interior? I bet not. You are going to have a street car to drive on the track from time to time. TTs are unibody as well. I promise you that a good driver in a T-Top Z would beat a shitty driver in a Slicktop Z, ANYDAY.
