Message	You wont get the panel unfortunetly because obviously they can't make him sell it for what we would call a reasonable rate. However if he tries to give you bad feedback, which happened to me unadvised, contact ebay. They will answer promptly and after hearing circumstances will take the nnegative feedback off your profile. I would not pay that fee, that is rediculous and he is screwing you, as you said there is no way shipping would be more than 15-20 bucks, with packaging. Someday I will finish my Z, I think?
