| I apologize for the name calling, but I was kind of shocked that people would misconstrue my post in such a way. They seemed to have thrown away all reason and instead talked with great emotion. I was strictly talking about the video technology that I saw CNN using when I was watching coverage of the war. I've seen them use this technology before, and I didn't like it then either. Even if it was a weather report that was using it, I find it strange that they'd take a step backwards and use poor video quality like that when they have more sophisticated equipement that does a much better job of getting video on TV. I have friends who are over there, I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to them. I wish them the best, obviously. But my post had nothing to do with the war, it had everything to do with CNN's use of inferior video equipement in their reporting. I think a lot of people are very tense right now because of this news of war, and as a result tempers are short. But my post's focus was strictly on CNN's reporting, and notthe war itself, so I was surprised that people would make such blatant accusations of what I was thinking and miss my point by such a longshot. It seems that they can't get the war off their mind, and assumed that that's what was on my mind. It wasn't.
