Message We've been working with that stuff for about 1 year.
our test car has had it for about 6 months, but only 2 months on the road. (was tee-boned, but fixed now).

standard mpg were stated as 34-36mpg highway, we achieved 42mpg highway BEST case.

the problem we are running into (on EFI cars) is two fold;
one, metering the hydrogen. it takes many several seconds to get the proper reaction from adjusting the hydrogen output via voltage (ie, drop voltage from 12v to 6v).
two, with EFI cars, we have O2 sensors... when you split water, you get 2 pieces of hydrogen and 1 piece of O2. 1 piece of O2 that is unmetered via the MAS. So the O2 sensor sees this extra bit of oxygen and ADDS fuel. yuck.

On our project car (see search please, 'hydrogen'), it has MAP sensor versus MAS. So we are able to yield OK results.
On our project car, my friend has added a fuel heater. So far, and to the best of my knowledge, there has been no noticable improvement.

The "system" that they are selling is more about driving habits then any 'plug and play' device. Techniques such as driving much slower, 'porpoising' (dangerous), and dramatically increased tire pressures (dangerous)... those technique alone will gaine you 5mpg easily. But it's an annoying way to drive.

I was hoping to install hydrogren on a Z32, but with 2 PCV systems and 2 throttle bodies, it dramatically complicates things (2x to be exact). And space is significantly limited allready.

thanks for the post!
