Message	are never caught or convicted. They feel they are wasting their time. Now of course someone doesn't want to hear that when their valuables have been taken. But its the truth, there is a pecking order to which cops to the daily job, and car theft is not high up there. It just doesn't give the results that the time involved depends upon. Sucks, I have been there, but honestly don't expect much from the cops. However since your neighbor got his car broken into, you may rely on him further investigating the case! Good luck, and please tell me you had full coverage or at least theft on your insurance!!! If so, its a hassle, but you get new stuff :) Someday I will finish my Z, I think?
