Subject	Lowering Spring?

Message	i have 18" in the rear and i love the way it looks, but in the front i have 17" with 45 series tires and theres a huge gap from the tire and the fender. I want to lower it but not to the point where i rub. im gonna put 40 series soon. what would be a good spring and amount to lower it???? I dont want it bouncy, if anything i want it stiff so i dont bottom out. the front is tire is 235, 45, 17 :
